The apartment is in a historic Brooklyn brownstone. As soon as you walk up the stoop and enter the door, you are welcomed by high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows bringing in gorgeous sunlight! The modern duplex apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay - Open floor plan, large island kitchen, dishwasher, central air and even an electric fireplace. After a day of exploring the city, put up your feet and unwind in your home away from home.

-3 private bedrooms - a bedroom with a King bed,  another bedroom with a Queen bed and another bedroom with 2 twin beds
-A queen sofa bed in the living room for additional sleeping capacity (if needed)

-Fully equipped kitchen
-Free WiFi and Roku TV
-Central Air

Main floor consists of a living dining room with a fully equipped modern kitchen. Also on the main floor is a half bathroom. The second floor has the three bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.

Guest Access: Guests will have exclusive access to the entire duplex apartment. Self check-in with lockbox
House Rules: This is a no smoking apartment ($200 fee). No parties allowed

  • Great place. A lot of room compared to most places you can find in NYC. Showers are fantastic. Restaurant right next door is as clutch as it gets and the food is awesome and cheap. Coffee and grocery stores in walking distance. 5 stars

  • This home was exactly what we needed to host our group of 4 adults and 3 children. The home was very spacious, clean, and well stocked. Rohit was a very responsive and accommodating host. The parking around the home was easy and we would highly recommend the short walk to Fat Doughnuts for breakfast! Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others!

  • We stayed here for a bachelorette weekend with 7 girls. This home is beautiful. Lots of natural light which was so nice. Our favorite was the bathrooms with the heated floors and the showers were so nice. Very spacious for the 7 girls. Rohit was very responsive with any questions we had. The floor to ceiling windows made everything feel tranquil, and the kitchen was very well stocked. I was afraid parking on the street would be difficult, but I was able to find spots in the area fairly quickly throughout my stay. Rohit was very communicative, and check-in and check-out was beyond smooth. Would definitely stay again!

  • Great location for my family needs. Great for Olde teens. They were able to walk and eat from different places. Parking was awesome compared to most neighborhoods from previous visits to NYC. The rooms are spacious with nice size closets that were able to hold our luggage. 2.5 bathrooms with a big family is what you need. The host was responsible and responsive.
